Matt has years of experience in executive coaching and formal training from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) that has resulted in the development and career progression of several executives, including three current CEO’s, two current COO’s and

numerous Vice President level leaders.

Accomplishments

Matt's accomplishments include building a high-functioning executive team for a business unit of the world's largest pure-play renewable energy company and leading the HR integration for over $2B in acquisitions; and designed and led negotiations for five Collective Bargaining Agreements, including a critical deal with the USW that enabled the closure of a $700M acquisition.

Results 

Matt created cradle-to-grave human resources functions and staff development for global manufacturing company that enable 100% growth in five years.
